NNI Law reviews injury and wrongful-death claims early, while evidence can still be kept. Vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and workplace accidents are a regular part of that work. The question in each file is whether it should be settled, or prepared for mediation, arbitration, or trial. Not every matter is accepted.

How a claim is handled
- A first look at liability, insurance, and whether the case belongs in court
- Preserving photos, vehicles, records, and the scene
- Medical records, and an outside expert when the injury requires one
- Demands, negotiation, and, when needed, depositions and a trial date
What to send first
- The date and county of the injury
- Whether a claim, a lawsuit, or an insurance letter already exists
- Any deadline printed on a letter, especially from a public agency
Deadlines differ by the kind of claim. Do not post the details publicly. A message does not make the office your lawyer.
